¨Received the keys to our apartment today, purchased through Casalunya with Hieke and Alejandro. Everything went smoothly, except for the seller who sometimes delayed things a bit. In the end we only went to Spain once to view, otherwise we managed to arrange everything from the Netherlands. Nice to receive everything translated via Hieke. From Casalunya we were also put in direct contact with a contractor for the renovation and a company that will help us to possibly rent out the apartment in the future. After the process, there is also the option to receive help with other matters such as tax returns, homeowners’ association matters, etc. upon purchase. All in all, a good experience with Casalunya and a nice idea that there is always a contact person nearby for unforeseen matters!!¨
